Product Purpose
SoilBond Berry is designed for long-season fruit crops such as strawberries where mulch must remain intact from planting through final harvest. The film maintains bed structure and weed suppression throughout the production cycle and begins biodegrading only after the crop is terminated and soil exposure increases.
Field Performance
Provides stable coverage for approximately 8–9 months under normal field conditions. The film resists tearing during routine operations including planting, irrigation, and harvest traffic.
End of Season Behavior
After harvest, exposure to soil microorganisms and moisture initiates biodegradation. The film fragments and incorporates into the soil - no lifting, rolling, or landfill disposal required.
Installation
Compatible with standard mulch laying equipment used for polyethylene films. No equipment modification required.

Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight before use.
